About us

Kim and Leslie are two passionate tea and coffee lovers who have spent years traveling through different regions of the world, exploring how various cultures grow, prepare, and enjoy their drinks. From traditional tea ceremonies in Asia to modern coffee bars around the world, we've experienced quite a wide range of brewing methods, ingredients, and customs.

In addition to our passion for tea and coffee, we have spent the past decade running a contemporary art gallery , participating in major art fairs across the world from Miami to Geneva to Hong Kong.

These travels and experiences have deepened our understanding of the artistry that makes a great cup — quality sourcing, attention to detail, and a passion for the craft. Now, we're bringing that knowledge to Lausanne with a new tea bar: Arteastry.

Opened in January 2025, Arteastry aims to bring the best of both worlds — offer a curated menu of teas and coffees sourced from trusted producers with a focus on quality, balance, and authenticity while showcasing contemporary artworks, installations, and collaborations with emerging and established artists in a modern, minimalist space.

With this new project, we hope to introduce Lausanne to a broader world of tea and coffee, one carefully, hand-crafted drink at a time.
